At Modern Furniture — Demo Store, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

Return window

Most items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Some items (personalized, perishable, or hygiene-related products) may not be eligible.

How to request a return

1. Contact us with your order number and reason for return
2. Wait for return instructions from our team
3. Ship the item back as directed (return shipping may be the customer's responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrect)

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. COD orders may be refunded via bank transfer or store credit as arranged with our team.

Damaged or wrong items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
